TIKTOK VIDEOS RULES:

    1. Video-specific requirements:

      1. (i) Videos on TikTok

        1. Each Video must be full-screen vertical (9:16) (not square, not horizontal, no black bars around videos.)

        2. Each videos should be a minimum of ten (10) seconds in length

        3. Videos must not be a lip sync (i.e. singing along to lyrics), dance, or be more than a simple selfie.

        4. Captions for each video must not name the App’s competitors (e.g., Instagram, Youtube, Like App, Lasso, and Facebook) 

        5. At least 1 video per week must use an EduTok-related product feature 

        6. Content may not exceed a maximum of five (5) hashtags; two of which must be #TikTokPartner and #LearnOntiktok, while the remaining three (3) must be mutually agreed upon FTC-compliant hashtags. 

        7. Each video cannot exceed a maximum of 1 “effect” per video

        8. Each video must be high-quality (nothing scratchy, grainy, inappropriate, etc.)

        9. Unless a video includes spoken dialogue / original sound, the video must incorporate a song available through the Promo+ playlist or sound available in-app. For clarity, only music available through the Promo+ playlist may be used. 

        10. Each video must be posted within the timeframe of the campaign (to be defined)

        11. Videos and captions must not include display of violence, weapons, pornography, nudity, sexual behavior, alcohol/tobacco abuse, vulgarity in behavior or language, cyberbullying, and extremely bloody/uncomfortable makeup effects.

        12. Each video must adhere to TikTok Community Guidelines found at https://www.tiktok.com/community-guidelines?lang=en

          1. Video content should NOT include the following or any activity that could encourage users to do the same:

          2. Harmful or dangerous content

          3. Graphic or shocking content

          4. Illegal activities

          5. Discrimination or hate speech

          6. Nudity or sexual activity

          7. Child safety infringement

          8. Harassment or cyberbullying

          9. Impersonation, spam, or other misleading content

          10. Violations of Intellectual property

        14. Caption must not exceed 150 Characters (including Hashtags.)

        15. Caption must include FTC disclosure - #TikTokPartner

FAQ

Q: After filling out the agreement can I just start posting?

A: No, you need to wait for our team to contact you and give you the green light.


Q: Why do I need to send a W9 form?

A: Because if you get renewed on the campaign we will pay you more than $600, and we will need to fill out a 1099 form to you.

 

Q: When I'm going to get paid?

A: The payment is due 30 days after the end of the campaign.

 

Q: Can I refer a friend who wants to participate? How can I make it?
